Dear UW board of regents—
So right now the state unemployment is experiencing ‘slow, gradual growth’? I guess the Wisconsin department of workers census just lied when it reported a complete reversal of its ‘slow positive growth’ report it claimed 6 months ago.
Maybe that’s why you felt its prudent to increase our GPR spending more than 70 percent for this new fiscal year.
